We can ship products anywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Nickel Putter USA stands behind every item we offer our customers. If a problem occurs with any of our product under normal wear & usage, you can return your item for a replacement or refund. We will replace your product or substitute a replacement of comparable value if the returned product is no longer available.
Nickel Putter USA warrants its golf club products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of first retail sale. This warranty does not apply to wear or damage from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect or accident, or to products which have been repaired or modified other than by Nickel Putter USA. Nickel Putter USA does not warrant damage to its products caused by third parties. A club may be covered if it has undergone normal modification (i.e. re-griping). It will be at Nickel Putter USA’s discretion to determine if such modification has caused any damage. At Nickel Putter USA's option and as the buyer's sole remedy, defective products covered by this limited warranty will be either repaired or replaced at no charge to the buyer. Such defective products must be returned to the authorized Nickel Putter USA dealer from which such products were purchased. End user customers may contact Nickel Putter USA directly regarding any problems relating to warranty service. All buyers or users are requested to provide information that will help us with the proof of their purchase.
